What this website collects
Last updated: 20 October 2026
votlabs.com is a single page about Vot Labs. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads nothing from other companies — no analytics services, fonts, trackers or ads.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records each request: the time, the page requested, the result, the website that linked you here (if your browser says), your IP address and your browser's name and version.
- Why: to keep our services secure (spotting attacks and abuse, investigating incidents), because Indian law requires us to keep security logs, and to count visits — totals only, such as page views per day.
- How long: up to one year, then they are deleted automatically.
- Where: encrypted, in India, with our hosting providers (DigitalOcean and Amazon Web Services). Only we can access them.
- Never: used to follow you across the web, for advertising, or sold.
When you email us
If you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply and to work with you. We don't add you to mailing lists or share your details.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@votlabs.com. Security logs we are required by law to keep are deleted when that period ends.
